Welcome to Reverse Disease Rx (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, wellness programs, coaching services, digital materials, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, enrolling in a program, making a payment, or clicking “I Agree,” you affirm that:
You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
You are at least 18 years old
You accept responsibility for all actions under your account
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Reverse Disease Rx.
Your use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable addenda. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised version. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
Reverse Disease Rx provides wellness education, lifestyle coaching, and holistic self-care support. Our programs are designed to:
Support long-term wellbeing
Promote healthy lifestyle practices
Empower behavioral change
Strengthen natural self-regulation and resilience
Important: Our Services are not medical treatment. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide clinical care.
You expressly understand and agree that:
Reverse Disease Rx is not a licensed medical, mental health, or healthcare provider in the U.S. or any other jurisdiction.
Our Services are educational and wellness-focused only—not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are solely responsible for all health decisions, including whether to consult, change, or discontinue any prescribed medications or treatments.
Never stop or alter medication without written approval from your licensed healthcare provider.
Any health-related information you share is provided at your own risk and does not create a clinician-patient relationship.
Our educational model is based on lifestyle, nutrition, and behavior change—we do not claim to cure, treat, or reverse any disease.
By using our Services, you affirm:
You understand we are not a medical provider
You are under the care of a licensed healthcare professional for medical supervision
You have been advised to consult a physician before beginning any new wellness practice
All programs require full payment in advance, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at time of enrollment via secure third-party processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
No refunds are issued after you gain access to digital materials, live sessions, or coaching content.
A 7-day cooling-off period applies only if no Services have begun. If you cancel within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing any content or sessions, a full refund will be issued.
Voluntary withdrawal, non-participation, or failure to engage does not qualify for a refund.
Refund obligations are subject to mandatory consumer laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., EU Consumer Rights Directive, Canada’s CCTA, Australia’s ACL). Where required, pro-rata refunds may apply for unused prepaid time.
Digital access constitutes service initiation.
The Services begin when you gain access to content or attend your first session.
You may pause or discontinue participation at any time.
Reverse Disease Rx may terminate your access:
For breach of these Terms (e.g., abuse, harassment, illegal conduct)
For safety reasons
If services become unlawful in your jurisdiction

Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.
Sections on liability, indemnity, confidentiality, and disclaimers survive termination.
